DataDrop tracks every byte stored, measured by the second, at ₹1.49 per GB per month. Store 100 GB for a full month = ₹149. Store the same 100 GB for only half the month = ₹74.50.
At the end of each billing cycle, only your actual usage is charged via UPI AutoPay — never more than your approved limit. Uploads are blocked if your total stored files would exceed your capacity limit.
Your account becomes read-only. You can still view and download all your files — nothing is deleted immediately. Your files are kept for 30 days from your account creation date (15 days after the trial ends) before any removal.

No. Vault files are encrypted on your device before upload using keys only you hold. Our servers receive and store only ciphertext. We have no mechanism to decrypt your Vault — including our own engineering team.
If you forget your PIN, only the recovery phrase you created at Vault setup can restore access.

If UPI AutoPay fails, your account moves to read-only status. Your files remain safe and accessible to download. You receive email reminders at 7, 21, and 30 days. Files are permanently deleted only after 35 days of non-payment, with advance warning. See the Refund Policy for the full timeline.
